At InsightGadget, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process to ensure your shopping experience is hassle-free.
1. Return Policy
You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in new, unused condition.
- It should be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and labels.
- It must not be a final sale or clearance item (please refer to product pages for exclusions).
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at support@insightgadget.online with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and a return shipping label (for eligible returns).
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the item, including all original components, and ship it back to us using the provided return label.
- Refund/Exchange Process: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund to the original payment method or assist you in exchanging the product for another item.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size, color, or model, simply contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return your item and send you the new product. If the exchanged item is of a higher value, you will be charged the price difference. If it’s of a lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Opened or used software, media, or digital products
- Products that are marked as final sale
- Gift cards or vouchers
5. Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are free for damaged or defective products. If you are returning a non-defective item, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a return shipping label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is processed, you will receive your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
