Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey. You can also track your order directly on our website using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.


Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your product for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or wrong item).

Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and if it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges:
